New double-glazed windows throughout, with the two front sitting room windows overlooking the ocean (the bay) replaced with one large picture window (double glazed), to take advantage of the view. A new deck to the side leading to the back door entrance. A knotty pine ceiling installed in the basement apartment. This was done when the basement apartment was refurbished, new flooring and insulation in the kitchen area was installed at this time . Repairs to the drainage system were carried out and included trenching around the house and installation of 170 ft of drainage pipe and 10 c/y stone. Trees planted along the fence that borders the road. All upgrades completed in 2005.
